Customers have to be very confident that the support facilities are sufficiently robust when choosing a website solution. There are considerable advantages (other than cost!) in using freely available Open Source Software for your site, as opposed to individual in-house designs offered by other organisations. You have immediate access to a worldwide pool of expertise for your chosen system. We only use well proven systems with an excellent track record of providing useful and accessible support facilities. Furthermore we do not fully hand over the system (or ask for full payment) until we are completely satisfied that it is good working order. For those who might be at all apprehensive about maintaining a CMS, we also offer our own support facilities, as outlined below:

• We offer email and telephone support to customers for one year.  Please note that this covers technical problems with the software, and does not extend to teaching users how to use the software.

• We provide a "Frequently Asked Questions" section on our database driven sites which provides instructions on how to add content to, and maintain, your site.

• We provide Interactive Demonstrations, like the ones on this site to show users how to maintain their site.
  

If you wish, we can offer further support facilities to ensure the smooth running of your site. These facilities can be negotiated separately.

• We can offer more extensive email and telephone support to customers to help with using the software and running the site.

• We can customise your site, make templates, or add further modules, at any time, if required.

• We can, if a customer requires, retain a Full Administration Role to help less confident users run their site. This means the client will not be involved in any technical operations, and can concentrate on adding content.
• We can retain a Full Editorial and Administrative Role if required.
  

• If required, we can provide on-site demonstrations and workshops. We can provide training in setting up a CMS or training for users in how to manage the Content and Appearance of the site. This service is available within the UK.
